Herbalife Direct Selling
Association Member
Herbalife
is a proud member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) and
the World Federation of Direct Selling Association (WFDSA).
As a DSA member, Herbalife has pledged to uphold
the DSA Code of Ethics, the cornerstone of the association's commitment
to practicing the highest level of ethics in business and consumer
service.
The DSA Code of Ethics
The DSA Code of Ethics requires that member companies pledge not
to make statements or promises that might mislead either consumers
or prospective sales people. We encourage you to learn more about:
What DSA membership means to Herbalife's customers:
Herbalife's compliance with the DSA's Code of Ethics makes a bold
statement about the company's commitment to the highest business
ethics. By doing business with a DSA member company like Herbalife,
our customers and Distributors alike can be sure they are dealing
with a company that is serious about providing quality and service
at the highest level.
Displaying the DSA logo is a privilege given
only to companies that have made the commitment to honor the DSA
Code of Ethics. It should be regarded not only as a pledge to
do right, but also as a promise to make a situation right in the
event a problem arises. As a consumer, Herbalife customers can
expect their Distributors to:
- Tell you who they are, why they're approaching
you and what products they are selling.
- Explain how to return a product or cancel an order.
- Respect your privacy by calling at a time that is convenient
for you.
- Promptly end demonstrations or presentations at your request.
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding the price,
quality, quantity, performance and availability of their product
or service.
- Offer a written receipt in language you can understand.
- Provide his or her name and contact information, as well as
the contact information of the company he or she represents.
Offer a complete description of any warranty or guarantee.
All DSA member companies pledge to abide by the
code's standards and procedures as a condition of admission and
continuing membership in the DSA. Together, the DSA and WFDSA
represent the direct-selling industry globally in 53 countries,
protecting the rights of Herbalife's valued Distributors and their
customers throughout the world.
